Open Access Publishing Policy

International Journal of Research, Exploration & Knowledge (IJREK) operates as a continuous, fully Gold Open Access scientific journal. We adhere strictly to the definition of Open Access articulated by the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), the Bethesda Statement on Open Access Publishing, and the Berlin Declaration on Open Access to Knowledge in the Sciences and Humanities.

All scholarly articles published in IJREK are made available online freely, immediately, and permanently upon release, without subscription barriers, price walls, or registration obstacles.

There is zero embargo period associated with any publication in IJREK:

• Readers worldwide have instantaneous, unrestricted access to the complete HTML full text and high-resolution PDF downloads.
• Users are granted permission to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any lawful purpose.
• No financial charges or credentials are required from any individual reader or institutional library to access the journal's catalog.

All articles published by IJREK are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

Authors retain unrestricted copyright of their published work without transferring ownership to the journal or publisher.

By submitting to IJREK, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish, index, and archive the article and identify itself as the original publishing venue. Authors are free to reuse, republish, or adapt their own content without seeking prior permissions from the journal.

IJREK fully supports repository self-archiving (Green Open Access). Authors are actively encouraged to deposit versions of their work into institutional repositories or disciplinary repositories:

• Preprint (Pre-refereeing): Authors may share their initial preprint at any time on servers such as arXiv or institutional archives.
• Accepted Author Manuscript (AAM / Post-print): Authors may deposit their peer-reviewed, accepted manuscript into any university repository with zero embargo.
• Publisher's Version / Final Version of Record (VoR): Authors may immediately deposit the published PDF into institutional databases, ResearchGate, SSRN, or personal academic websites, citing the original DOI URL.

To ensure perpetual accessibility and guard against digital obsolescence, all published articles and their corresponding XML metadata are preserved in permanent electronic archives. Permanent Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) assigned to each article ensure persistent resolvable linking across global academic indexing systems.
