Editorial Governance Hierarchy
Editor-in-Chief
Determines editorial policies, presides over final acceptance decisions, and adjudicates ethics and appeals cases.
Associate Editors
Coordinate subject-matter tracks, supervise initial scope checks, and oversee peer review workflows in specialized disciplines.
Section Editors
Conduct technical validation, assign specialized double-blind peer reviewers, and synthesize reviewer evaluations.
Advisory Council
Provides strategic counsel on journal indexing benchmarks, special issues, and emerging technological paradigms.
