All articles, reviews, case studies, and communications published in International Journal of Research, Exploration & Knowledge (IJREK) are made permanently open access under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

The CC BY 4.0 license is explicitly recognized as the Gold Standard for Open Access publishing because it permits both non-commercial and commercial reuse:

Every published article carries machine-readable CC BY 4.0 licensing tags in its HTML metadata, XML files, and embedded within the published PDF header. This guarantees universal recognition of user reuse rights by citation management software, repository harvesters, and search engine crawlers.
