Funding Disclosure Policy

To ensure complete transparency and research reproducibility, International Journal of Research, Exploration & Knowledge (IJREK) requires all authors to explicitly disclose every source of financial support received for the research reported in their manuscript.

Public, institutional, philanthropic, and commercial research funding must be acknowledged in full detail, providing readers, reviewers, and scientific bodies with complete provenance regarding the study's financial backing.

When financial support was received, authors must supply the following exact details in the manuscript's Funding section:

• Full Legal Name of the Funding Body: Use the official name of the granting agency, foundation, university endowment, or corporate sponsor without informal abbreviations.
• Grant / Award Number: Provide the exact institutional grant identification number, contract number, or project code assigned by the sponsor.
• Grant Recipient: Identify which author(s) received the grant funding (e.g. “This work was supported by [Funder Name] under Grant Number [XXXX] awarded to Author A.B.”).

Authors must explicitly clarify what role, if any, the funding agency played in:

• Study design and experimental conceptualization.
• Collection, management, analysis, and interpretation of research data.
• Writing and preparation of the manuscript.
• The decision to submit the paper for publication.

If the funder had no such involvement, authors should state: “The funding sponsor had no role in the design of the study; in the collection, analyses, or interpretation of data; in the writing of the manuscript, or in the decision to publish the results.”

If the research received no external financial assistance and was carried out as part of normal academic employment or through self-funding, authors must explicitly include a declaration stating:

All funding declarations provided during manuscript submission are converted into structured machine-readable metadata. This metadata is embedded within the published HTML article landing page, deposited with Crossref Fundref registry services, and printed prominently on the first page of the published PDF article.

If an author inadvertently omits a funding source or provides an incorrect grant number, an official Corrigendum will be published linking to the original article record to update the funding documentation permanently in international indexing registries.
